Information we collect
When you browse, purchase or contact us, we may collect your name, billing and delivery address, email address, telephone number, order details, communications, and technical information such as IP address, device information and cookie preferences. If you create an account, we also process account details. We do not need or request sensitive medical information to sell skincare products; please avoid sending it in general enquiries.
How we use your information
We use personal information to process and deliver orders, accept payments, provide receipts and updates, answer enquiries, manage returns and refunds, prevent fraud, maintain website security, keep legally required business records and, where permitted, send marketing messages. We use website analytics or optional advertising technologies only where the applicable rules permit.
Our lawful bases
We rely on performance of a contract to process orders and provide customer service relating to purchases; legal obligation for tax, accounting and applicable consumer-law duties; legitimate interests for proportionate site security, fraud prevention and managing general enquiries; and consent where required for optional cookies or direct marketing. Payments and service providers
Payments are handled through the secure payment options offered at checkout, which may include WooPayments and third-party payment services. We do not normally receive or store your full payment card number. We share information where necessary with our hosting, ecommerce, payment, delivery, email and technical-support providers, subject to appropriate safeguards. Payment providers may handle data under their own privacy notices.
Marketing
If you choose to receive Peptiqe marketing, we may email you about products and offers. We may also contact existing customers about similar products where the law permits and required opt-out opportunities have been provided. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time by using the link in the message or emailing support@peptiqe.skin. Transactional messages about your orders are not marketing.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies help the shop, basket, checkout and security features work. Optional analytics, advertising or similar cookies will be used only where permitted and, where required, after you have made a choice. How long we keep information
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary. Order and transaction records are generally retained for up to six years to meet accounting, tax and legal obligations. General customer enquiries are normally reviewed for deletion after 12 months unless they relate to an ongoing issue or legal requirement. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe or they are no longer needed. Backup copies may be held for a limited further period.
International transfers
Some trusted service providers may process data outside the UK. Where UK data-protection law requires it, we use a recognised transfer mechanism or other permitted safeguard.

Subject to applicable law, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent and request data portability.
