Using our website
Please use this website lawfully and provide accurate order and contact information. Product information is provided for general skincare purposes and is not a substitute for medical advice. Product packaging should be checked before use for ingredients, directions and warnings.
Products and prices
We aim to show accurate descriptions, availability and prices in GBP. Product images are illustrative and packaging may vary. The total payable, including any applicable taxes and charges, is shown before you place your order. If we identify a material pricing or availability error, we will contact you and offer the choice of proceeding on corrected terms or receiving a refund.
Placing an order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We will acknowledge receipt by email, but the contract is formed when we accept the order and confirm dispatch, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier. If we cannot accept an order, we will tell you and refund any payment taken. We may decline orders where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud.
Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken securely by the relevant payment provider. Additional terms from a chosen payment provider may apply to that payment service. We do not add conditions to statutory consumer rights based on payment method.
Delivery
We offer free standard delivery to addresses throughout the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Delivery estimates are provided where available, and we will fulfil your order without undue delay and normally within 30 days unless a different period has been agreed. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or someone you nominate, takes physical possession of the goods. See our Delivery & Returns page for more information.
Cancelling and returning an order
For most eligible online purchases, you may cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving a reason, then return the goods within a further 14 days. Please notify us at support@peptiqe.skin or through the Contact Us page. Products should be handled only as necessary to establish their nature and characteristics. An exception may apply to sealed products unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. If an item has been opened or used and you would like a refund, please contact our team so we can review the request; this does not affect your statutory rights. For eligible change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct return postage cost, as explained on our Delivery & Returns page.
Refunds
For a valid cancellation, we will refund amounts due, including any standard outbound delivery charge actually paid, within 14 days after receiving returned goods or evidence they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. We may make a lawful deduction for reduced value caused by handling beyond what is necessary. Refunds are made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. If goods are faulty, misdescribed or not fit for purpose, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply, and we will offer an appropriate legal remedy.
Product use and safety
Follow the instructions on the packaging and avoid use if you know you are sensitive to an ingredient. Stop using a product if irritation occurs. Nothing on our website should be interpreted as a guarantee of particular results, since individual experiences vary.
Our responsibility
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable or were caused by events beyond our reasonable control, subject to your legal rights.

The Peptiqe name, images, text and designs on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be used commercially without permission, except where the law allows. We may update or temporarily suspend the site for maintenance or security reasons.

Governing law

We may amend these terms for future orders. The terms applicable to your purchase are those in effect when you placed it, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
